The location of this B&B is truly idyllic, with the garden leading straight to the beach, providing fantastic views and the opportunity for great beach walks. Guests have loved the character-filled house and the warm welcome from Avril, the hostess. the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the breakfast is delicious. Guests have also appreciated Avril's accommodating nature and her informative and entertaining conversations.

Some guests have found the house a bit cluttered and quirky, which may not be suitable for those accustomed to a more corporate environment.

The food at the Orangery nearby was delicious, reasonably priced, and met our expectations.

The perfect place to start your Scottish holiday! Great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. Attention to detail was evident throughout, from the beautiful location right on the waterfront to the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with a picturesque view across to Arran from the picture window. I loved waking up to the sight of the garden and the Victorian bed, it felt like a truly idyllic escape. Breakfast was served in a characterful room, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.

All was well, no improvements necessary.

The location of this B&B is great, close to the beach, and the views were outstanding. The house is nicely decorated with some antique pieces and has a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was tasty, and the owner was chatty and friendly.

The cleanliness of the place was not up to par, and the decor was quite old-fashioned. The overall smell was musty and unpleasant.

The location right at the waterfront offers stunning views of Arran, making it a perfect choice for those seeking a picturesque setting. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast served in the characterful dining room is simply delightful, with amazing views to accompany it.

Great sea views, good breakfast choices.

Shared bathroom was not clean, outdated decor, and it smelled musty.
