The perfect place to start your Scottish holiday! Great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. Attention to detail was evident throughout, from the beautiful location right on the waterfront to the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with a picturesque view across to Arran from the picture window. I loved waking up to the sight of the garden and the Victorian bed, it felt like a truly idyllic escape. Breakfast was served in a characterful room, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.
All was well, no improvements necessary.

The location of this B&B is great, close to the beach, and the views were outstanding. The house is nicely decorated with some antique pieces and has a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was tasty, and the owner was chatty and friendly.
The cleanliness of the place was not up to par, and the decor was quite old-fashioned. The overall smell was musty and unpleasant.

Great sea views, good breakfast choices.
Shared bathroom was not clean, outdated decor, and it smelled musty.
